Mayfair Hotel, Saint Helier

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and had a generous size, with a fitted wardrobe and bay windows. However, the noise from traffic and the small TV screen were a letdown. The service provided, especially by Eric, the restaurant manager, was exceptional - he made sure nothing was too much trouble. The location, although a short walk from the town center, felt modern and convenient, but the noise from the main roads was a downside. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some dishes needing improvement, but the service was excellent. Overall, I had a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.

The hotel is located not far from the center of town and offers a spacious and welcoming environment. The rooms are clean and comfortable; however, noise from motorbikes passing by can be a disturbance. The service is exceptional with friendly and professional staff, but a moody receptionist could affect the initial impression. The dining experience is generally good, although the front-of-house team could be more welcoming. Overall, a good place to stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the center of St Helier, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were lovely and warm, although the original room felt a bit processed at breakfast time. The service was very helpful and friendly, despite a small mishap with a birthday cake. The dining experience had some issues with the temperature of the food. The facilities were functional and the leisure facility was a nice addition.
